Oli has been investing in property since 2013, initially as a side-project to create some passive income, and then left his career as a Managing Consultant at IBM in 2017 to continue his property journey full time. He has a growing portfolio of properties in Liverpool and London. He has learned the ins and outs of the property world, often the hard way, and set up Revilo Properties to offer hands-off investment packages so that investors can achieve the benefits of investing in the North, without the hassle.
stephen clarke - head of electrical services
Stephen has been involved in the electrical industry for over 10 years, and has built up a local family run business that serves the electrical needs of clients across the North West. Their services include installation, fault finding, test and inspection and reactive maintenance. Their client base ranges from individual customers to landlords with a large number of properties and tenants, and they have recently been working on the renovation of a number of void properties in the Anfield area and helping to bring the electrical systems up to current standards and ensuring all regulations are met. All their work is NICEIC guaranteed and comes with all necessary certification.

Nick has been investing in property for over thirty years. Initially doing it as a sideline to his principal career as a civil engineer, he now spends all his working time doing property related business. He has bought, rented and sold flats, houses and commercial properties in the UK and overseas. His portfolio of properties is mainly in Manchester and, more recently, Liverpool. He sees the north (and particularly the north west) of England as an excellent investment opportunity over the next two or three years.
