We own and self-manage a large, varied portfolio of properties, primarily across Liverpool, with additional assets in London and Edinburgh. Alongside our core portfolio, we have new-build developments in the pipeline and actively pursue planning gain opportunities, unlocking value through smart, design-led proposals before resale or redevelopment.

Single Lets

Single lets are the backbone of our portfolio. We own and self-manage a wide range of single let flats and houses, in Liverpool and London. These properties offer stable, long-term rental income and allow us to maintain direct relationships with our tenants, ensuring high standards across the board.


HMOs

We operate a growing portfolio of high-quality Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs), with 31 rooms across 4 properties, and more in the pipeline. Our student HMO is located in central Edinburgh, while our professional HMOs are based across the Wirral, offering well-managed, comfortable accommodation for working tenants. Every HMO is fully self-managed, ensuring compliance, strong occupancy, and a great tenant experience.


Serviced Accommodation

Our serviced accommodation properties are based in the heart of Anfield, just minutes from the stadium - making them a popular choice for football fans, tourists, and visiting professionals. Designed for short-term stays, each unit is fully furnished, well-equipped, and professionally managed to provide a comfortable and hassle-free experience in one of Liverpool’s most iconic neighbourhoods.


Commercial

Our commercial retail holdings are rented to local businesses, as well as a number of lock-up garages used for secure storage. These assets provide stable, long-term income while supporting local enterprise and offering practical storage solutions in well-located areas.


Planning Gain and New Build Developments

We actively pursue opportunities to unlock value through planning. This includes acquiring underutilised properties or land, securing planning permission, and selling on with enhanced value - a strategy we’ve successfully applied across multiple sites.

We also gain planning consent for our own new-build development projects, with several schemes currently in the pipeline. These projects reflect our long-term commitment to thoughtful, design-led development that delivers much-needed housing while respecting the character of local areas.
